Dockmaster Building/District Pier

District Pier and the Dockmaster Building anchor the center of DC's amazing waterfront destination, The Wharf. Available to be rented individually or as a package, the location can accommodate an intimate dinner for 100 or a gala for 1,000. District Pier juts 425 feet into the Washington Channel and offers amazing views of the Wharf Marina, the Washington Monument and the restaurants and venues of Wharf Street. Surrounded on three sides by water, the Pier has ample power and water, dedicated restrooms and rustic wood planking and rigging posts for a truly nautical feel.

At the end of the Pier is the Dockmaster Building, a two story, glass enclosed structure with soaring ceilings, stunning views and wrap around balconies. For the ultimate in privacy, elegance and a waterfront feel like no other in DC, the Dockmaster Building is available for receptions up to 140 and seated dinners of up to 100. Use of the pier in front of the building allows for multiple staging options and an indoor/outdoor feel to your event.
